Position Title: TOSA - Academic Interventionist

Position: Academic Support Coordinator, Middle School - Part to full time 

Position Begins: Fall 2025

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000

Position hours: 7:30 to 4:00 Monday-Friday 

Annual Work Days: 195 

Summary:

This person is responsible for coordinating academic services and managing an academic support team. They direct services for students receiving academic interventions within an MTSS model. They support student access to curriculum and instruction. They provide student academic coaching, executive functioning skill development, and literacy support.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the academic support team
  • Coordinate academic support services for students
  • Student academic coaching and literacy support
  • Academic progress monitoring
  • Communicating with teachers and administrators
  • Teacher coaching and professional development


The position is supervised and evaluated by the principal. Children of employees qualify for enrollment into Summit pending available space.
