Stipend:* $5,890 (This is based on working 125 hours including the 2 PD days)

This position will travel between the ESY sites.

Summary:
ESY will run FULL DAYS for 7 hours Monday through Thursday, from June 2nd through June 26th, 2025. (There are no classes on Thursday, June 19th). All ESY staff must be available for the entirety of ESY programming as well as required training dates on 5/28 and 5/29 in order to be considered. PTO is not available during the summer.
ESY SLPs are responsible for maintenance of IEP qualified goals during the ESY period. ESY SLPs are also required to attend the two days of training and all 15 student contact days; plan and deliver lessons based on IEP qualified goals. Team effectively with colleagues, the site coordinator and parents; supervise children during breakfast, snack and transitions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop goals, accommodations, present levels, and service delivery statements within Individualized Education Plan (IEPs) during extended learning.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Currently hold a CDE Special Services Provider license or have licensure application in process with a School Speech Language Pathologist endorsement (must upload license or in process documentation to application).
- Master's Degree.
- Must have a valid CPI certification
- Completed and submitted BVSD online application.
Preferred:
- Knowledge and experience with a variety of age levels, ability levels, and intervention methodologies, including working with students on the autism spectrum.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology, however a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) could be accommodated.
Salary Information:
Salary Placement varies according to experience and education.
