Instructional Paraeducator, Middle School – Part to full time, begins August 2025. Position hours are 7:30 to 4:00 M-F. Wage is $18 per hour. The position is supervised and evaluated by the principal. Children of employees qualify for enrollment into Summit pending available space.

The Instructional Paraeducator supervises and assists students during their academic program. They meet with students individually and in small groups to assist with work completion, executive functioning skills, and literacy support.

Responsibilities include: Student learning support, encouragement, and structure. Developing positive relationships with students. Monitoring student progress on work assignments and communicating with teachers.
