    Hourly Pay Range: $17.29 - $25.83

    The Registrar performs all aspects of recording and maintaining student records. The registrar works closely with both the administrators and counselors regarding student information and is responsible for the registration of new students, entering and extracting accurate student database information and maintaining a variety of student records and collaborating for October count. The BU Registrar will also perform clerical duties, greet families, and provide support to the school, students, and families.


    - High school graduate or equivalent
    - Communicate (read, write, and speak) in English, must pass English component of interview process
    - Completed and submitted BVSD online application

    - Three years progressively responsible experience as a school Registrar
    - Skill using computers and basic troubleshooting of computers
    - Experience with Infinite Campus, Google Apps: Mail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Office Excel
    - Ability to make decisions in accordance with District and School policies and practices
    - Ability to work as a member of an office team
