Summary:

Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Employment Contract and HR Data Analyst supports the administration of employment contracts and the efficient operation of the district’s Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), including the employee evaluation and contract module. This position ensures employment contracts are accurate and compliant with board policies and collective bargaining agreements while also managing HR data integrity, reporting, and system functionality. The role works collaboratively with departments such as Payroll, Finance, IT, and school sites to support HR operations across the district.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage employment contract process for all staff, including preparation, tracking, and documentation, in alignment with district policies, employment law, and labor agreements.
  • In partnership with HR Data and HRIS Specialists, manage and analyze HRIS modules for employment, onboarding, and evaluations; collaborate with IT, Payroll, and Finance to ensure data integrity and troubleshoot issues across systems.
  • Support the administration of the employee evaluation system, including setup, user support, process alignment with district goals, and reporting in collaboration with Professional Learning and HR leadership.
  • Develop, produce, and analyze reports for leadership, unions, and partners; ensure compliance with staffing and personnel reporting requirements; analyze data using tools such as SQL, Infor, and Tableau.
  • Lead the digitization of HR workflows, including contract management, onboarding, and personnel files; document business processes and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Develop training materials and deliver system training and support to HR users across the district, including school sites and administrative staff.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure HR systems align with district goals and compliance requirements.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by HR leadership.

Qualifications: 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a major pertinent to the position requirements.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in: HR systems administration, employment contract management, or school district HR operations
  • Experience with ERP systems (Infor preferred), SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Completed and submitted BVSD online application.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in PK-12 or municipality 
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, labor agreements, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide training and support to a wide range of users with varying technical skill levels.
  • Familiarity with public sector reporting requirements (e.g., staffing reports, compliance with state or federal personnel regulations).

Salary Information:

Salary Range 4: $75,108.00 - $112,661.00

Salary Placement varies according to experience and education.

*Pay range listed above is for employees newly hired to BVSD or current BVSD employees that are new to the employee group (existing employees currently in this unit, please refer to the pay range on the appropriate salary schedule).
