Registers and maintains student records for Community Schools Child Care programs and BVSD Online students in Infinite Campus Database. Responsible for registration of all Community Schools Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) child care students across all three programs: School Age Care (SAC), Preschool Enrichment (PSE), and Early Connections Infant and Toddler Center (EC).
-Maintain accurate student enrollment, demographic and household information in Infinite Campus for Child Care programs and BVSD Online
-Communicate information with CCAP families related to fees, schedules and resources regarding CCAP benefits available through appropriate County.
-Act as Liaison with all County Agencies to maintain a database of CCAP recipients, changes, authorizations, manual billing statements, reconciliation of attendance records, payments, contracts and oversight of all correspondence utilizing the State software system.
-Contract preparation with County agencies for CCAP agreements and modifications as needed for Operations Manager.
-Customer service including answering phones, sending faxes/emails, mailings, scanning documents, processing payments and serving as a liaison for school contacts and families.
-Perform other duties as assigned
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Minimum of two years experience in an accounting-based position.
-Communicate (read, write, and speak) in English
-Completed and submitted BVSD online application
-Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers, keyboarding and word processing skills
-Appropriate oral and written communication skills, as well as math and accounting skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with frequent interruptions
-Positive communication, interaction and work experience with diverse individuals
-Experience with Google, Microsoft Office programs and Lawson Enterprise System
-Salary Placement varies according to experience and education.
