    Summary:
    Provide office support services to supervisors, district staff, schools, families and the community of the Early Childhood Education Department.

    Responsibilties:
    -Help
    families complete On-line Registration (OLR) applications over phone and at kiosk; solve problems in OLR for families and staff; explain enrollment policies and procedures to customers, request documentation from schools/families to complete OLR; answer phones, route inquiries regarding other offices when appropriate.
    -Assist in maintaining accurate student enrollment, demographic and household information in OLR,
    -During open enrollment (OE) submit to School Choice lottery: verify accuracy of uploaded documents and School Choice preferences and troubleshoot issues in applications.
    -Outside of OE window, process OLR applications for post-lottery tuition, Colorado Preschool Program (CPP) and Special Education (SPED).
    -Process enrollment and withdrawal requests from schools in Infinite Campus (IC).
    -Schedule summer screenings for families, send reminder calls, support Summer Screening Team.
    -Support administration of Teaching Strategies Gold Child Assessment.
    -Support administration of EZCare tuition billing and collections.
    -Alert Community Schools when and a student has ended enrollment with the date.
    -Work with team to complete both routine and special projects.
    -Process private provider Colorado Preschool Program invoices.

    Qualifications:
    Required:
    -High School diploma or equivalent
    -Completed and submitted BVSD online application
    -Communicate (read, write, and speak) in English, must pass English component of interview process
    -Minimum of two years of experience in general office occupations or equivalent education and computer experience.

    Preferred:
    -Bachelor's Degree
    -Data entry experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google Tools
    -Experience working in Google Docs, Infinite Campus, EZCare, Teaching Strategies Gold
